Free streaming music program.
While I can't DL the music for the mp3 player, it's excellent for work or home where I'm online the whole time.
The music library is big enough to keep me going for a while, and there's some pretty obscure stuff listed.
I've searched for a lot of local bands and found them. (Show of Hands for example...<a href="http://open.spotify.com/user/danglybob/ ... vVrnLPNEAb" target="_blank">Spotify link...</a>)
Anyone who's not familiar with it, the best way I can think of describing it is as an on demand music stream, you pick the tracks/albums/artists to listen to.
You can setup playlists so you don't have to re-search again.
If you're opting for the free version, you'll get the odd advert thrown in, but there's a lot less than on the local radio station or ITV.
This prog is ideal for when the kids come to me wanting to listen to a specific track or artist that I haven't got hold of yet, and chances are they only want to listen to it for a couple of shots anyway..
Honestly, in these days where the industry is getting all uppity about piracy etc, a freeware program like this that's legal is a breath of fresh air,
