Nothing probably, they'll add a new map in the next patch and try to use that as camo...

That's a real shame... really disappointing.

In all the time I've played BF2 I've only come across one hacker who somehow managed to override my role as commander and began dropping vehicles on all the enemies... it was raining Hummers...

For the time being I think this sort of thing will be very rare.

Will EA do anything about it? I doubt it. If anything, if these sorts of hacks become pandemic, this will move people off BF2 into other EA projects.

Hacks never killed off CS, but admin were only monitoring 16 players and complaints were easy to pick up. How do admin play and monitor 64 players? Hopefully Punkbuster will sort this out.

Its really sad, I just don't see the point in cheating at an online game, you don't really achieve much, and it must be very boring to play.

Cos they're crap and can't win without cheating, they get so mad at being beaten game after game that they will splash out the $150 to buy the cheats and updates. I'm not even too sure how long that $150 lasts
