The <a href="http://ati.amd.com/" target="_blank">AMD/ATI Website </a> now offers new version 7.4 Catalyst reference drivers for Radeon accelerators running under Windows Vista and Windows XP as well as new version 7.3 Linux drivers. Word on the Windows drivers is: "OpenGL performance in Windows Vista improves for the entire ATI Radeon X1000 series of products in both single card and hardware Crossfire configurations," and the release also includes the Avivo Video Converter for Windows Vista (32-bit). As for the Linux drivers, this release introduces support for Linux Kernel 2.6.20, offers language localizations, and a bug fix.

Any improvement for XP users? or are all the improvements aimed at Vista?
