Hehe the saga continues, I've so far not received a single bill, had a single deduction from my account via the direct debit and no contact from BT.
So I've had my landline installed since what October/November and haven't been charged a penny.
I can't get in touch with the chap dealing with my complaint any more either. The number just seems to be blank.
Another letter to the new Company Secretary required me thinks, so I don't get hit up with a massive bill when I come to move out in a couple months time
Telefonica/O2 are giving me problems about my mobile aswell, credited a £400 cheque to my account incorrectly then debited it off when they noticed the error and say I owe them the money. Knumbskuls honestly and they want to give me a £30 credit to make up for the fact that even though we've paid our line rental we've had the 3 phones on the contract cut off for over a week each and I've spent 3:30 on the phone to O2 trying to resolve their issue :@
Next years line rental for free me thinks if I can get away with it. Nice letter to their new director's home address in Madrid might get some action

Hehe I just love making sure I'm getting a cheap deal and they don't like it when you only pay £7.99 per month line rental with about 200 free minutes and 100 free texts.
And BT well their just a shambles, there's even a piece about their connections on watchdog
