I am replacing my pair of old 36Gb 8mb raptors that are currently in my system with a new pair of 36Gb 16Mb and also have a pair of SATA1 WD caviar (special edition) 200Gb drives that I am going to use for storage. Having read over on storagereview.com about setting up raid etc I have been thinking of ditching the Raid0 setup and running each of the raptors on their own one for boot drive the other for games/apps etc so that I can reduce fragmentation. I'm a little uncertain whether which of these methods would be better. Obviously without the use of Raid their is less chance of loosing all my data but these current Raptors haven't failed me in the last 4 years so I'm doubting that a new pair will be much worse
