Hi all, since google got hit yesterday with that virus thing I cannot get the google homepage to work. Not www.google.com or www.google.co.uk. It is very strange. Might I have caught a virus somehow? I m running a full avg scan and then trendmicro housecall.
I do have my own google homepage, that I cannot reach either.
Ideas?

God this reminds me of work, Have you cleared your cache and history. Ran Ad/spy removal tools? Checked your proxy settings. What is the error message? Is it only Google?

Nelly, when you put the address in, does u get page cannot be displayed or does it redirect u to another site?

I launch firefox or ie7 and type in www.google.com or www.google.co.uk and I get page not found. Its strange because on my media centre under the telly I cannot get there either. All other web pages work apart from google. I cannot ping google from command prompt.
