So if this works are people just going to start switching ISP's? What's the point of having all this bandwidth if you can't use it? I'm in a pickle I get 20Mbps with cable but I'd be lucky to get 2Mbps on ADSL.

Some ISP's throttle torrent data already and others advertise they don't touch torrent data so go figure.
