Nelly sent me a 65mb rar via yousendit, was v. painless, received an email saying there was a file for me, quick one time sign up & I was getting the file @ 250kbps. The file's are valid for 7 days or 100 downloads, whichever comes first. I have no idea how easy it was to send, maybe Nells can fill in that part.
