The Internet Archive has a nice little feature that allows you to visit sites as they were a few, or even many, years ago... and so here's the big red book for GSV...

Using the url www.gsvgaming.co.uk this is what I found. But, was there another web address ever used? I seem to remember Jase swapping out forums, or was that just a software exercise?

The earliest the archive has for GSV is <a href="http://web.archive.org/web/200404141933 ... ing.co.uk/" target="_blank">14 April 2004</a> (that I could find)

Anyway, there is more of that, and anything else you'd be interested in, to be found using the <a href="http://archive.org/web/web.php" target="_blank">'Wayback Machine'</a>

Excellent, thanks Eagle, that takes us back to <a href="http://web.archive.org/web/200310060611 ... aming.net/" target="_blank">6 October 2003!</a>

Also, if you remember the names and format of pages within the forums, you can have a peek insider. For example, adding /forums/ to the URL will show you <a href="http://web.archive.org/web/200504280245 ... et/forums/" target="_blank">how the forums were lined up</a> in those days. This is awesome! :w00t:
