Downloading now, will have a play with it..

Want to know the costs and battery life of the x86 tablets..

I think the x86 tablet battery life will be a fair bit less than arm chips. Surely it don't matter if they are both running win8. Arm all the way.

Yes but I'm thinking a work angle not personal use, specifically our warehouse management system here at work, we've needed something for a long time to take to shows etc but the company just dont seem to be interested in either an android or iOS app so an x86 tablet would have to be the way forward for us.

Personally I'm happy with my Xoom with ICS for now.

Hi Trig, saw <a href="https://market.android.com/details?id=c ... Vza3RvcCJd" target="_blank">this</a> and thought of you needing windows on a tablet. Might come in handy for work. Virtual win7 desktop within android.

I d/l the iso's but never got round to doing anything else.

I tried it but it is very much tablet aimed with the front end its got, I'm due a reinstall at work next week so might bang it on and see how it goes, I'm sure work wouldnt notice if I updated to a touch monitor as well :D
