I don't know if any of you are using Nvidia Geforce cards with DX10. <a href="http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,8529 ... /Practice/" target="_blank">Here</a> is a fix for stutter if you get it on BF3.

Using shiny new DX 11 Ati cards myself. :P

Their were some tweaks that could be done to make bfbc2, in fact most games to run smoother.
What i am listing bellow wont increase your frame rates but they could and probably will make them
seem smoother.

going to test this tonight on my new machine, definately made a differance on my old one.

Disable HPET in your bios (allows things to happen as soon as they can be done by the cpu and not wait for the next available timed slot)

Kill MOM.exe in task manager and the same with CCC.exe (ATI cards only)

...and give your system a blast with <a href="http://www.superantispyware.com/" target="_blank">Superantispyware</a>... accumulated trackers, etc, even if only a few of them, can make a difference.
Just be a nutter... life becomes much more exciting, and people won't expect anything more of you...
