Tablet PC obviously

I've had a few of the Buffalo Terastations before, there good but the network speed was shit hence my getting a WHS box instead...

Ever thought of getting rid of the main PC and getting a Media box to sit under the TV, other than gaming will give you something to bang all your data on and stream to the TV..
Bought one of these the other week and I was pretty impressed by it tbh..

I nearly scrapped my pc too last month when the PSU let go in favour of a big laptop, but £190 and some special offers built a nice new pc from overclockersuk, its garbarge equipment but does us just fine for the interweb.

I'd be going with what trigs suggested an all in one dvd blu ray media player , not sure what the browsers are like yet but they can't be that bad are they ? Is that what that is Trig, or have I got it all wrong :s

oooof even better than I thought then, I thought it was a pc based machine which was running their own kind of front end software on. like hacked media machine on xbox, if that made sense.......

The reason is iv had my PC in the little bed room for 2 years nearly only used twice. Only reason i keep is for photos and music and videos. So my thinking is get rid of the PCs and put a Network HDD in its place mearning i can access everything. It also has a print server built in so i dont even need to worry about that. I have 2 laptops one is very high spec so if i want to play CS or DoD i can use that.

But it means getting rid of my big leather chair
Monitor and keyboard and mouse Both gaming related
Antec Lanboy case.

Which the misses is loving as i always said i wanted to rebuild with a new pc

Nope boggo PC, in effect there netbooks with decent gfx for hdmi/1080 shit, there not fast enough to play much in the way of games but they'll throw out to a 3d tv if your that way enclined, bang WIn7 on it and you have the Media Center front end, simples..
