Did you ever get one of these Nelly? Anyone got one or knows someone who has one? Any good?

I got one yes Claw. Great for the money. Dumped android 2.1 and all the orange guff and stuck on android 2.2 froyo which means the phone is now unlocked. Some issues like battery life could be better, build quality a little suspect, camera is low quality. No support for flash as the processor does not support it. The phone is actually a ZTE Blade. The early one I bought has a capacitive oled screen which is very nice, later ones have just led. Unlocking the phone is free of charge.

It is my first foray into a smart phone and I like it.

I would say the huawei ideos x5 is a better phone but dearer
