Â£90 for a 60Gb HD is still expensive in my book, even if it is solid state..

Why do I want my pc to be that fast to load stuff? I surf and play bc2. Volume of storage is what I need for me movies.

Yeah I was like that, the more movies I had the more drives I had the more I had to change my case to put the drives in.
Then I got a WHS box, put all my drives in that and decided I wanted my machine to be fast and quiet, now its got 3xSSD's in it, the CPU is liquid cooled and the only real noise is from the GFX card..

Intel mATX Board
2x WD 1Tb Drives
1x WD 2Tb Drive
1x WD 80Gb Boot Drive

Bit of over kill spec wise but why not..

SSD drives have a long way to go before I will get one for my main rig. At the moment they shouldn't be used for anything important if you don't have an effective back-up solution. In the majority of cases I have worked with, data retrieval success rate has been 50/50.
