Just bought my wife a Wii, these things are so much fun. This is the first time I have ever used one. If you don't have one yet, get one. It's one of those things that are completely age, gender, nationality, (and whatever else) neutral.

So, what games would you recommend, please? :)

Wow, thanks for your advice guys! :gsv:

I bought the Wii for my wife on our anniversary, our kids are now in their early 20's... but this will not stop them playing Lego games on the Wii, believe me.

It was bought for my wife, but... I'm also told there is a really good helicopter simulater for it that makes proper use of the controllers... ( :whis: ) anyone heard of it?

The missus has one, with a guitar and wii fit board and snooker cue! , its used very infrequently, does get hammered when its used though.

mario kart, mario galaxy, guitar hero, tiger woods, real world snooker, can't remember any more.

Make sure you get plenty of rechargable batteries or recharge pack's, 4 remotes is a must with things like mario kart or wii sports etc...

We've already got a singing game for the playstation... but of course I've been banished for murdering some family favourite songs... and for joining in with others... and for not letting others have a go... and for fighting to keep the microphone... but the final straw must have been when I pulled tongues at them and held my breath for 5 minutes... hmfff they shouldn't have called me immature, but that's kids for you, eh?
