I've not seen anything of BFBC, but BFBC 2 looks good. Does it have large maps like BF2 and vehicles, etc?

Yeah, but, no, but, I wasn't sure if they were part of some sort of end-game sequence he was talking about. I've just checked out some vids of BFBC and that had vehicles too.

Anyone played any of these? Looks a little CS inspired with the objectives, etc... which I like. :)

Wow!

A bit surprised at the sniper/assault/specialist role he was playing all in one, but I suppose that's the nature of the game.

I'll prolly need to look quite closely at the sysreq's for this one...

Like must new games that are released will probably use current top end spec' PC's.

Mines up to date I7 core 2.4 @ 4g, 6g ram SSD drive Ati 4890.

When is the release date for this game? Haven't really paid any attention to it.

Release date 5th March 2010 £26.99 (PC) on Amazon.

March? That's just four months off, so your rig'll be about average specs by then... :P :whis:

No specs on the game anywhere yet.

At the mo I'm just running at the water line with AMD II x2 245, 2GB RAM, and a 7900GT. Let's me run BF2 with everything at max, but I can't see it being enough when BFBC2 arrives.

Maybe in Feb I'll splash out a bit, but that might be sooner than later if BF2 really, really doesn't like W7.

It will probably be minimum spec by then. Sad but true.

Windows 7 seems as though it's taken off better than Vista did. I presume all new games will work on Windows 7.

A: Oh yeah. The bragging rights return! The badges and awards also return for things like Assault Rifle Efficiency or earning certain amounts of kills.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I only got you the once H, and I can imagine that after all the ribbing you've taken off me because of it your revenge will be all the sweeter for you... but I can tell you now... my BF days are gonna be spent inside a Tank...

I'm going to keep an eye out on this game. I'll see how it pans out. Would be nice to get the clan :gsv: back together playing one game. We've had some laughs in the past on BF2 :2t:
