Thought I'd make you aware of a new law that comes into effect from 18th September.

Agreed... but getting them to wear a damned seatbelt would be a great start... The amount of families you see with kids jumping about in the back of the car without belts is bewildering !

Police intend to enforce the law softly at first but will be giving tickets in months to come. If your not sure ask your local halfords or similar for some advice.
