Energy Monitor

Anyone use an energy monitor? I've seen wireless options as well as the kind you plug into the wall? Are they any good and accurate?

I've had an owl energy monitor for the last 6months, its the wireless LCD type. Its relatively good and logs the data on the device ok. The worst decision I made was purchasing the software, which is crap, crap like itunes crap, so that got returned to tesco sharpish.

I requested one through npower (as it was free), nothings showed up yet, I bet the bills on time though !
