How do you listen to BFBC2?

Marwin was saying that he uses a 7.1 surround sound headset... I forgot to ask which model. At the moment I am using just a stereo headset and was wondering if it's worth upgrading them too?

Are they 5.1 Nelly?

What make are your headphones Thane?

Marwin was saying that it helped him position my stomping around better... I like the idea of that. :walkman:

Don't think they are 5.1 just good. When I first got em I thought they were only average but now I had em for a while I think they are just great.

SpeedLink Medusa 5.1

Mine arn't available anymore but newer models are. Headsets the same, they just keep changing everything else.

Headset is very comfortable, sound quality works well for me. They also don't overheat your ears. As for positioning, ask Hammer who spawned behind me, without the headphones I would'nt of been able to instantly do a 180 and tk him in one bullet!

I've tried a few others and never had any luck, don't touch Razor ones, they're crap.

K... back to W7... does W7 see your headphones as 7.1 or 5.1 Mr. Thane?

For some reason my W7 sees them as 7.1, so I'm not sure if I'm getting the audio that I'm supposed to be getting as the 'test' tries to test for 7.1.

Did you get any software with yours?
