Good Ping

How do I find a good ping server?

All I get in the server browser is 999 or -

I'm rubbish enough without laggggg issues too

The only servers that I've seen that are obviously UK are the Multiplay.co.uk. I don't see any pings at all in my server browser and so have to play on those that I assume would be good. When I first installed the game it showed pings, but not now.
