The new drivers help accelerate applications with ATI Stream technology for many ATI Radeon graphics processors. This results in performance improvements for the ATI Avivo Video Converter and Folding@Home, and the new drivers also boast performance improvements for a number of games under both DirectX 9 and DirectX 10.
