I thought these were gonna be banned from use. ISP's and the authorities want to be able to track your surfing habits dont they?

Its like covering your number plate whilst driving on a public road.

There has been some recent hoo-haar over ISP's divulging surfing habits on demand, and I recall in the mid 90's debate about ISP's being accountable for an end-users web/usenet content on their servers... but I don't know about any demands for visibility on an individuals browsing habits.

It wouldn't surprise me though... :ph34r:
