#GSV on quakenet - our new IRC channel

Well seeing as all our accounts have lapsed we had trouble sorting Q out :whistling:

So the new channel will now be #GSV on quakenet

did i hear some1 mention that you can get a plugin for firefox so that you can be on IRC? that would be handy!

Just installed this too...

As the Trig'ster says:

Once installed you run it from your Tools menu in FF.

Someone may know of a quicker way of setting this up but this is how I muddled my way through:

/server quakenet
/join #gsv

At the top the updated window you'll see a link, right click this and choose to start-up with that link - should go straight in next time you open it.

When jase sorts the link on the front page you can click on it and it'll auto launch chatzilla and conenc tyou to the channel

Bookmark this page as is, adding it to your bookmarks toolbar folder, right click/properties on newly created button, edit the link address with irc://quakenet/GSV, ta da one click access to the

channel.

altho I cant seem to connect, it may jsut be me typing hte server adress in wrong, does any1 know what it would be.
