Isn't putting an inc vat price a legal requirement now?

If you look at the top of the site you can select whether you want prices displayed as with or without VAT

Personally I'd prefer it to default to inc VAT as I'd rather know exactly the cost, I can always work out VAT if I need to at the end, or switch quickly to excluding
