BT FON WiFi

Post by Claw »

BT FON Wifi... I really do wish there was a way of telling my phone/tablet to ignore them. I usually leave wifi on so that when I'm getting a Starbucks coffee or sat in other places that offer Wifi I can do some browsing, and whatever. You think you're connected because your wifi icon says the signal is brimming. But you try visiting any sites and it's a no go. Why? Because your phone or tablet have hooked up with a BT Fon Router somewhere nearby.

So, to get the wifi you want you need to now mess with the list of available wifi hotspots,or just can that idea and use your data. <_<
Just be a nutter... life becomes much more exciting, and people won't expect anything more of you...

I love BT Fon/wifi spots for that very reason.... Bloody expensive ti use if you're not with BT though.
