I was asked to reduce the time between rounds. As I read it is not possible in procon or anything I can find. I think the server needs the time to load the next map etc.

I go for a leek, put the kettle on, shout at the wife etc to pass the time.

Try one thing at a time Bob. Do you have a spare hdd to try before going too far? How about try to install the game in a different location. How much ram u running? Overclocking?
