You can set up a local number well local enough. My mate Waxapple uses it with a Edinburgh number and he lives in perth....

I have it and use it alot. Mainly for phoning mates and the old man. Free calls to your Users. As long as you dont hammer your Bandwidth it is pretty clear on a 1mb down 256kb up.
