Are you not supposed to leave noral drives about 20% empty as well though? You had to leave at least 5% to defragment in Win XP and it was recommended that you leave at least 10% so not alot different to SSD's. Clingy, the Kingston SSD Now 100 - 128GB looks as though it uses the JMicron controller ...

There was a mental patient I knew who honestly believed superman was real, why? Because he saw it on TV. I'd love to see you two get together for a chat. :D Even the Internati...

Do you both want the cyanide pills now? It's the end of the world, no point going on  The human race is not beyond being wiped off the face of the planet, whether through our own means or from a netual disaster, it's happened before and I'm pretty sure it will happen again and I wouldn't be sur...

The majority sustainer of the earth's climate is due to the oceans. The oceans absorb the heat from the sun and then release it nicely moisturised... and that is an ultra-ultra-simplification of the process involved. The oceans also absorb the bulk of the CO2. Yeah microorganisms ;) the ocean in an...

Technically yes it would result in cooling if taken in isolation, BUT as most of the use of electricity is to then generate heat the effect would be negligible. Also the effect would be a rather disproportionate as the air around us would fall in temperature slower than the ground covered by the pan...
