Making a print from a photo could appeal to a hobbyist, i guess. <a href="http://metro.co.uk/2014/01/20/cute-or-c ... d-4269868/" target="_blank">This</a> however is plain creepy......!

Makes sense for Autodesk to manufacture the printers as this will close the loop with their already well established software (autoCAD) and computer aided manufacture for them and sell on the back of their reputation. I looked into 3d printing for rapid prototyping a few years ago, very impressive a...

There are pay to play elements but I probably haven't put enough time in come across any if that. Worth downloading and having a go, in any case

I have been playing "hawken" on and off for a year. Very similar to titan fall, free to play and endorsed by nvidia. A very good mech warrior style game that is well worth a look IMO.

£350 for a 290x isn't a bad price to be fair. If you stick that in a well ventilated case, you will keep the card well within its limits (it is a hot card to begin with in reference form). I would be worried if you wanted to xfire it later on though, which is where something like the ASUS one will ...

Not exactly a NAS but I managed to get my HP micro server with windows home server 2011 to work well with Linux, mac OSX and windows xp, 7 and 8.1 including android with no issues, most complicated thing was getting the right app on android to read the files over the network. Something like Astro I ...

Do you have a budget at all? I just built a very nice Mini ITX system with an XFX 280X DD Graphics card, i5 3330 CPU, Asus P8H61-I Mobo and 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHZ DDR3 RAM for just over £500. Granted I already had a 500W PSU and SSD, but you would probably be using your current case and PSU...
