Re: Plex Problem

Good point, that must be the problem as it plays both the film's soundtrack and the voice over. The voice over is louder than the film audio. Will see what else there is to twiddle as I don't recall seeing an option for an alternative audio stream.

Re: Anyone still riding?

Vauxhall turbo's went about a decade ago chap, do try to keep up ;) Current set of wheels is an 04 Audi TT... Yeah, a decade ago, try to keep up Class. Trig's all electric now... just imagine Audi tags on those wheels there... https://electricscootering.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Golden-Technol...

Plex Problem

I've got Blade Runner Final Cut (1982) on my Plex server, but it insists on playing Ridley Scott's voice-over during the film. I've not had this issue with any similarly sourced films. Any thoughts? Perhaps I have a duff "version"?

Can You Run It?

Was checking out my current PC specs and wondering if it would run Generation Zero. (I've always preferred mouse and keyboard over a PS4 controller) Found this helpful site that looks at your current kit and tells you what you would need to change to run a specific game. Handy... :) https://www.syst...

Man... always late to the party... Hiya Slatz, guys, ...no Bob? I'm still gaming, Generation Zero is my thing at the moment on the PS4. If any are interested I'll revamp my PC... I think GZ would sparkle on PC, or something else. Fortnite and the like are way too frenetic for my slow eyes, w...

Re: Gaming TV

I've always been more interested in the quality of audio than visual, but since I've started playing Generation Zero with it's brilliant visuals on the PS4 I've just wanted see how good it can get. My gaming space has got to be separate to the lounge, just to feel like I've gone somewhere else durin...

Gaming TV

With the PS5 now on the horizon I'm on the hunt for a budget 43/50 inch TV that'll handle... well, the PS5. There's loads of talk about panels, dimming, and all kinds of dis'll-do... but... none of the reviews and tech specs seem to point to a TV that's just nicely rounded-out for gaming. I'm after ...

Re: The Rona

At home I'm playing a bit of Kerbal Space Program, but still have to go to work. Luckily most people are staying home, however this good weather is tempting the muppets out to the coast, where they meet me. Bob... surely this is more you these days... http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-EiAftBMdhoo/VO-NPgtmD...

im still working in a company that pretty much disregards health and safety laws as they see fit. A lot of machines 50 years old have only just had safety guards fitted, only 2 years ago started obeying noise at work regs (mostly because i claimed against them) No job is worth your health... ever.....

No Man's Sky (PS4)

Mostly using a Windows or Android tablet for day to day computing type stuff and haven't touched my PC in ages. In fact, the last time I did power it up the CMOS battery had died. ^_^ The gaming never left though... just moved to console, spending it mostly in No Man's Sky. Anyone else playing aroun...
